I now have close to 200 ukulele pdf tabs available for a donation of $30.00. All of the arrangements are easy to intermediate and fairly easy to sight read. Sent via an email.
Thanks, everybody!
Dave~
Thank you very much for your videos. I find them not just simple to learn but fancy to hear also. Sorry that I'm currently a student away from home and I don't have much money so that I can donate for you. But just want to let you know how much I love your songs and how much I'd support you in the near future.
Best wishes to you and hope that these beautiful little pieces of your generous soul ( aka your songs ) to us would get more and more listeners.
Hi Dave, I just sent you a donation. Hope you receive it ok. I just happened upon your site around Christmas and learned Silent Night for my family and then just came back and found some more songs that i want to learn like Stand By Me and Fur Elise...and then more and more haha...so had to donate because you are such a great teacher and i love the tabs on the video...helps so much...thanks a bunch...joy
Hey I really enjoy watching your videos. I have played guitar since I was a teenager but I'm not particuarily good. Any way, your videos are great as they break down everything into digestible bites that are small enough for me to handle mentally. I wonder if you know of a song "egyptian fantasy". I heard it on an allen toussaint cd and theres one guy on here (you tube) playing it on guitar, If you can tolerate that kind of music, I'd like to hear your take on any of the song. If not, thanks alot for all the instruction and entertaining moments!
Hey Bill, I just came across your comment (9 years after the fact!) I exactly resonate with your comment "been playing guitar since a teenager, but not particularly good"! Yep! Me too! Still, we try! This Egyptian piece is really cool. I just started working it out in ukulele and it's fairly simple. It would be pretty simple as a duet I think. If you're still interested in learning it and haven't yet, feel free to respond . . If you even see this comment!
Wonderful lessons Dave ... quite enjoy your simple approach and would enjoy learning from you ... just starting to learn at the ripe young age of 51 !! Any suggestions on what to start off with ??
Thanks Dave for your utube site, learning to play these songs we've heard for so long is alot of fun. I don't know if you take requests, but I'd really like to learn the lead break in the middle of the Three Dog Night (Hoyt Axton) song called Never Been to Spain. It's a fun song and I've been able to figure out parts of it, but it's just too much for me. Thanks for all you do, kj
I enjoy listening to your videos, Stand by me, is my personal favorite. I have made a donation, can you please send me the tab for Stand by Me, there is something about that song that gives me peace, it will be great if I can learn to play it to.
I would ask if anyone has to develop a Memphis blues guitar and that would send the email sweepingjack@wp.pl? I'm looking for something like Rosco Gordon / Frank Stokes. (my English is poor so sorry)
hi, can I get the tabs for the christmas songs? I play music for dialysis patients while they are getting treatment, last year I had 2 of your songs memorized, I would like to learn the others for this year. thanks, my email is smitty9879@gmail.com
I just bought a new Martin acoustic, and your Youtube channel was exactly what I was looking for. I donated 10 bucks to your site. I'd love for you to send me the PDF tabs when you get a chance. I very much appreciate what you do. Thank you so much.
hey man i listen to your music a lot and i think you are an absolutely awesome teacher. i have learned several songs that you have posted on your youtube because you break them down well and your tabs are always great. and i was wondering if you would cover this song? its "juniors place" by junior kimbrough. incredible song. lots of soul. if not just listen and enjoy!
Your guitar arrangements are fantastic. I would like to receive the Guitar tabs you have on vincentsieraal@hotmail so I could start learning soon :)(Without the pc on X D).
I havent found the donation button, could you send a direct link right away :)?
Dave, I was so happy to find your ukulele YouTube videos -- ESPECIALLY "Little Uke Blues" and "Blues On Uke." I'm a 62 year old crappy guitar player despite having a guitar around for 50 years (damn my lack of talent and musical memory), but have fallen in love with the little ukulele.
I want to learn how to improvise on the uke so I don't have to carry sheet music around with me. Thus, I could really use all of the ukulele blues tab that you have laying around the house (in the upbeat style of the two videos I mention).
I will gladly reimburse any efforts. You've already given me some cool stuff that I've been building off of. Please MORE MORE! I'm lovin it! Tavit of: Tavitandlynn@gmail.com
Hello! I lost my tab to cripple creek! Any place I can find that again. I also had all your other fingerpickin stuff from awhile back and would like to download it again. Thanks for doing such great work!
I was wondering if it is possible to get the tabs from the youtube video for John Prine In spite of ourselves. I will happily donate I am just not sure how this all works. My email is bschultz960@gmail.com. Thanks a lot

Hello David, I am teaching myself tenor guitar CGDA and Irish tenor banjo GDAE. I've just listened to Stevie Dunne Banjo's Live at the Crosskeys pre release album on mp3. I found "Sally Gardens" by you from several years ago and it is like Stevie Dunne's, slow tempo and so many confuse it with "Down By the Sally Gardens" which is a fast reel. I really like these slower tunes and especially if they're Celtic. I've just learned "Calum's Road" by Capercaillie it's a Strathspey but sounds lovely on tenor guitar. I am just wondering what tuning you had on your guitar when you did that video lesson of Sally Gardens (would it have been Irish guitar DADGAD)? Bye for now, Andrew
Hi David, Can I get a copy of the guitar tab you used for linus and lucy. Its not showing up on youtube. terrance20@hotmail.com cant find donation button.
